SS Empress of Scotland
An advert cut from an old magazine . Empress of Scotland built at the Fairfield shipyard in Govan and launched on the 17 12 1929,she had a few refits in her time and I believe ended up with the one funnel.

I have no special knowledge of shipping matters, there are other sites which will give you the low down on all the technical stuff. I am just an amateur photographer who enjoys taking photographs of ships and boats,The Firth of Clyde is a tremendously scenic place and I hope some of this comes through in my photographs.
